Ahmed Saeed Al Badi
Mr. Al Badi is the owner and Chairman of the Belbadi Group, which is based in Abu Dhabi, and includes a diverse group of companies. He is a member of the Board of the Emirates Insurance Company and various other UAE corporations. Mr. Al Badi was formerly Minister of Health and Acting Minister of Oil and Natural Resources in the UAE. He earlier served as Senior Executive at the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA).

Mohamed El Khereiji
Mr. El-Khereiji has served on the Board of Directors of the Company since July 1994.  Since 1979, Mr. El-Khereiji has served as Chairman of the International Centre for Commerce and Contracting, a contracting and trading company.  Mr. El-Khereiji is a principal shareholder of WorldCare Saudi Arabia. (Mr. El Khereiji is a chairman of Albilad Newspaper Saudi Arabia). Mr. El-Khereiji received a law degree from the University of Cairo, 1973.

Peter Tanous
Mr. Tanous is President and a director of Lynx Investment Advisory, LLC of Washington D.C., a SEC registered investment advisory firm. In prior years, Mr. Tanous was First Vice President and International Regional Director with Smith Barney and a member of the executive committee of Smith Barney International, Inc. From 1982 to 1992, he served as executive vice president and a director of Bank Audi (USA) in New York. Peter Tanous serves on several corporate boards. These include: (1) MPS Group, Inc., one of the largest companies in the U.S. in the field of professional staffing services with a concentration on information technology. The company’s stock is listed on the New York Stock Exchange. Tanous serves as chairman of the Audit Committee of the board. (2) Cedars Bank, Los Angeles, a California state commercial bank with branches in Orange County and San Francisco (3) Kistler Aerospace Corporation, a manufacturer of reusable launch vehicles to commercially launch low,orbit satellites in space. (4) Interstate Resources, Inc. a manufacturer of brown paper and cartons.

Hongsun Chang
Hongsun Chang, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Kukdong Oil and Chemical Co., Ltd. since 1999. Hongsun Chang is also Chairman, KeunWha Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. He is the Representative Director, Jinsan Asset who is owner of Pusan Marriott Hotel. Prior to these positions he was Chairman, of Korea Petroleum Association and Chairman & CEO of Korea Makro Co., Ltd., which is now WalMart.

Doros Platika, MD
Dr. Platika's strength lies in the combination of his biotechnology and medical experiences. Prior to joining Curis he held positions of increasing responsibility at Progenitor Inc., a biotechnology company, which culminated in the position of Executive Vice President responsible for research and development. Dr. Platika completed his B.A. from Reed College, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and received his MD with honors from the State University of New York at Stony Brook School of Medicine. He conducted his residencies in medicine and neurology at the Massachusetts General Hospital, where he became Chief Resident. Dr. Platika completed post,doctoral study at MIT's Whitehead Institute and at the Massachusetts General Hospital in association with Harvard Medical School. He has served on the Faculties of Harvard Medical School and Albert Einstein College of Medicine where he was head of Gene Therapy. Dr. Platika is a member of the Dean's Committee for International Development at the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University and in August 2000, Dr. Platika was elected to the Board of V.I. Technologies, Inc.

Peter Morris
Mr. Morris’ real estate activities include major investment and development activities in connection with real estate acquisition, financing, development and planning of resort, residential, and recreational properties. Morris currently owns or co-owns, through his real estate company, PRM Realty Group, controlling interests in real estate in the U.S. and Europe in excess of $1 billion in market build-out development values.
From 1982 until 1989, Morris was founder, principal and executive officer of a real estate investment and development company with approximately $8 billion worth of real estate assets in major business and vacation centers throughout the United States. Morris’ partners in this company were Xerox Corporation, the Robert Van Kampen Merrit Bond Fund, and Joel Stone. Mr. Morris’ corporate development activities include financial advisory services for funding and merger and acquisition activities, as well as strategic planning and feasibility analysis. Since 1991, Morris has provided planning and investment advisory services in connection with an investment in Medical Science Partners, a venture capital fund established by the Harvard Medical School for investment in novel technologies developed in the School – including, but not limited to Mr. Morris’ role as one of the co-founding shareholders and directors of WorldCare in 1992.
Mr. Morris graduated from Harvard Law School (J.D., cum laude) in 1975, having simultaneously engaged in studies at the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration. Morris graduated from the Woodrow Wilson School at Princeton University (B.A., summa cum laude) in 1971, with a major in Public Affairs and Economics and a minor in East Asian Studies. During his academic career, Morris was the recipient of numerous awards, including the Lt. William Larkin Memorial Prize for Best Thesis, combining the fields of public policy and economics, from the Woodrow Wilson School at Princeton University. He is the author of a number of publications focusing on rehabilitation of housing. Morris has varying degrees of proficiency in speaking French, Chinese, Japanese, Spanish and Italian.
