Modifik\u00e1cia tejto sondy molekulou ligandu pre n\u00e1bor E3-lig\u00e1zy umo\u017e\u0148uje sonde viaza\u0165 sa na bunkov\u00fd mechanizmus a ni\u010di\u0165 nechcen\u00e9 bunky. T\u00e1to novo revidovan\u00e1 sonda \u010falej umo\u017e\u0148uje v\u00e4zbu abnorm\u00e1lneho tau prote\u00ednu na ubikvit\u00ednov\u00fd prote\u00edn, ktor\u00fd v podstate ozna\u010duje abnorm\u00e1lny prote\u00edn ako bunkov\u00fd odpad. Modifikovan\u00e1 sonda QC-01-175 sl\u00fa\u017ei ako n\u00e1stroj na dod\u00e1vanie toxick\u00e9ho tau prote\u00ednu do syst\u00e9mu likvid\u00e1cie buniek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">V\u00fdsledky<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00fdsledkom celej tejto pr\u00e1ce bola sonda, ktor\u00e1 \u00faspe\u0161ne splnila cie\u013e v\u00fdskumn\u00edkov.
